Credit Card Modular Machine

This machine has 10" modules that can be configured for up to 25 per machine. Produces credit cards from plain flat white plastic.

UV Curing Mechanism

The UV Curing mechanism applies a coating to a flat card, inserts it into a sealed chamber and blasts it with UV light.

Cellphone Motorcycle Console

This is a patented design for a motorcycle console that locks a cellphone or other mobile device in and links it to other systems on the bike.

Patented Label Module

This is the original label applicator which can apply labels to cards at 3000/hour. I have a patent on this process.

Laser Engraver for Credit Cards

The Laser Engraving module brings a card into a sealed chamber and can manipulate the card in XYZ planes to produce a photo. It also includes vision verification.

Card Kiosk

This kiosk is basically a safe and contains mechanisms for producing credit or ID cards.

Injection Molded Parts

These are the first shots at the molder in Taiwan. Tooling, production, and post processing were all done in Taiwan. See the link for more parts like this.
