While at Entrust Datacard I worked on many modules for this system but also worked on the high level architecture.  The systems has 10" wide modules which can be custom configured to the customers needs.  I did the frames, electronics, operator control station, and modular components.  I also did all of the external hoods and panels for this machine.

Various human factors studies were done which required photorealistic renderings.  On the left is the paper handling portion of the machine which places the card on a form, folds the form and then shingles them on the output conveyor.  There is also a mailer option for envelope handling.  I worked on all of these projects.
