Also working to help companies develop engineering standards, drawing formats, standard notes, part numbering systems, and set up Solidworks PDM and revision control systems. Teach Solidworks best practices at user group venues. (VP of Minnesota Solidworks User Group 2014-2016).

Design mechanisms and assemblies which include electro-mechanical components such as sensors, steppers, drives, solenoids, gears, pulleys, belts, etc., as well as kinematic modeling of mechanical linkages and motion analysis. Worked with offshore vendors and globally distributed teams.Lead the Datacard Designer Group of 35 designers and drafters. Have streamlined CAD processes and improved workflow.

Cyclone Custom Corporation, manufactured and distributed unique mobile electronics connectivity products for motorcycles and the Powersports industry. Using contract manufacturing and distribution through online marketing the company grew from a sole proprietorship to a corporation with considerable sales volumes in a short time-frame. No longer selling online but currently engaged in patent licensing negotiations with aftermarket accessories manufactures..
Senior Mechanical Design-R&D, Delphax Technology
Lead Designer in R&D developing a new high-speed sheet fed digital printing system for large format industrial financial documents. The system does collation, printing and stacking. CAD Administrator for 17 seats of Computervision PD. Included development and implementationof new CAD system and transitioning team from 2D system. US Patents issued for my work on the Imaggia Printing System.
